What great photos again. I’m lucky enough to have visited Berlin several times and the area around Brandenburg Gate is always a special treat.

It’s wonderful isn’t it?
The tour guide we had for the walk told us that pretty much everything is as it was pre-bombing (i.e. banks where they were, hotels where they were). It’s the real heartbeat of the city in a way. Spine-tingling, surreal and amazing.

Thank you very much. Absolutely, Berlin is a fascinating city isn’t it? Many layers both socially and historically.

Thank you – yes these photos were taken a couple of days into my first ever trip with a decent camera. There was lots of playing around!
